As our blog is quite new and we are busy working with our colour forecast for A/W 2010/11 we realised that we have not shown our forecast for A/W 2009/10 so here it comes:

A story of english traditions mixing grunge lifestyle; mix & match, unexpected combinations, gentleman grunge, tartan checks, wools, winter cottons, raw edges, crinkle effects, traditional versus innovative, riding pants, bright accessories.

Working class heroes; street art, urban life, asphalt players, city heroes, urban street wear, lots of denim, dark, unwashed, leather, used, plain, shiny surfaces, reworked blazers, cargo & surplus pants, Oliver Twist, vagabonds.

Influenced by architecture; simplicity, importance of surfaces, neutral shades, touches of decadence, a matter of style, monochromes, minimalism, tailoring, sculpturing, avant garde, shiny versus mat, 3D effects, techno fabrics, heavy laces, smooth surfaces.

Rebel attitude; rodeo, country, western, pioneers, wild west outlaws, rough materials, dusty look, denims, sheepskin, native indian patterns, cowboy boots & hats, no boundaries, oilskins, rustic cottons.

Farmers marked; rural workwear, faded look, focus on shirts, come back of the long skirt, new basics, small checks and stripes, heavy gate knitwear, velvets & cordoroys, woollen jerseys, denims and cottons.

The wonders of nature; soft seduction, lightweight fabrics, fluffy knitwear, fairytales, natural inspired prints, magic mushrooms, feathers, frills, layers, see through, airy feeling, decorations, 3D effects, soft cocooning.
